Greenfields is a student residence in Venlo and offers you much more than just a place to stay. The four buildings of Greenfields contain a total of almost 50 student rooms, studios and apartments.

We believe strongly in creating a student community in our residence, that's why we created lots of space to meet up and socialize. You can meet with your fellow tenants in the large living room or chill in the garden. Greenfields offers the ideal combination of affordabilty, private space and social areas.

This 'standard room' in Greenfield is between 10 and 12m2 and furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe and refrigerator. Most rooms have an own wash basin. You share three bathrooms and two large kitchens with a total of 12 tenants. The general areas are periodically cleaned by a professional cleaning company, just to help you keep the place tidy. Washing machines and dryers are available in the laundry room (for a fee). 

The price varies between € 450,- to € 515,- per room, depending on the size.
